“I’ve used the ARX for about a week and a half now. Overall I think it’s a solid product. I can say that it does help with recovery. I hit each muscle group twice a week, which for most doesn’t provide enough recuperation but I seem to get by on it. Adding in the ARX, by the second go around I feel more refreshed and ready to go. Not overwhelmingly, but I do notice it. I’ve been having solid, intense workouts without any slacker days so far. A few other things I have noticed are that it really increased vascularity, which is really cool.
