In His Own Words: Terenzo tells how ARX helps him get to the finish line first.

Terenzo Bozzone“For me, the difference between winning and a back seat in the top 10 is how fast I can recover from hard training. The faster I can recover, the more key workouts I can hit in a training block. ARX helps boost my performance and helps speed up my recovery time. It doesn’t matter if you are 23 or 53, faster recovery translates into results.”

- Professional triathlete and Ironman 70.3 World Champion Terenzo Bozzone

Michael Aish“A few months ago I started using ARX. I used to try anything as long as it was legal, and trust me I tried it all with little to no results. ARX is different. It works. Not overnight, more of a long term effect. The kind of thing that you only notice when you look back at your training and see that you haven’t had any of those really tired days out on the roads, no missed days of training, and that you seem to be waking a lot better the mornings after those really long hard training days. Becoming the best was always said to be about working harder than the next guy, but really it’s about recovering faster than that guy so you can get back to the ‘working harder’ part. ARX works. Faster recovery, higher workloads, better results.”

- Michael Aish, professional runner, 2000 and 2004 Olympian (5,000 and 10,000 meters)

Roger Thompson“I have been using the ARX supplement regularly this season since April…I have made a few changes this season in training, but all in all, I am doing just about the same stuff. But I have found that my body seems to absorbing, or adapting to my workouts better. My track workouts have gone well, and I have posted some of my fastest bike splits this year ever. Most recently in an Olympic distance race where I rode 40k in 54 minutes (that's over 27 mph). I have raced on this same course 2 other times and have normally had the fastest bike split, but this was over 2 minutes faster than I have ever gone. 2 minutes! In a 40k that is a lot of time. To back that up, I still ran very well too...fastest 10k I have run there as well. So that was the real tell tale of the day. It's one thing to have a great bike...but to have a great bike split and then back it up with a solid run, that's special.”

- Roger Thompson, professional triathlete, Timex Multisport Team

“As a professional triathlete I often train several times a day and recovery is, of course, a key component to my program. Since using ARX I have noticed faster recovery and increased performances, just within the last few months! No athlete makes improvements without consistent training efforts, proper nutrition, and rest, but if you are going for peak performance then you want to ensure that you cover all the bases, and incorporating ARX in my daily routine is just another one of those bases!”

- Janelle Morrison, professional triathlete, Timex Multisport Team

Andy MacDonald“I don’t know what it is, but this combination works. It took a couple of weeks to notice a difference, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference. It wasn’t a big jolt of energy, like caffeine. I just started noticing I wasn’t feeling as tired. At points I killed myself in training—I would go for a strong three-hour training ride with added accelerations, climbs, and ending with some sprint training—however I didn’t feel like I had the DOMS the next day. And my training felt much stronger the next day. Instead of just only doing recovery work, I could still go on a nice long endurance ride. Although I stuck to my normal training, I knew I could have gone longer some days. I like that ARX is natural. I’d highly recommend it for endurance athletes.”

Barry Siff “ARX is not like an energy gel or energy drink that licks in and gives you in an instant boost; rather, after a few weeks of use, I did, in fact, find that I was simply experiencing more quality, stronger workouts more consecutively. I feel that I can attribute much credit to the ARX, as nothing else in my program has really changed; and, after doing this crazy stuff for 28 years now (!), I pretty well know how my body operates, and how my training regimen goes.”

- Barry Siff, triathlete, Timex Multisport Team

Trista Francis “I noticed a significance in my strength in the water, I just seemed to be able to carry my speed throughout the entire workout rather than having it diminish near the end. I also noticed that my running paces had seem some exceptional improvement, not crazy over the top, but very significant and it made me realize that the cumulative results had to be from the ARX…My Season Opener was the Colorado Longmont Open Summer Tri, I won my age group, was 4th overall female. This was the first time I had broke a 7 min/mile EVER! Ran 6:58 pace and set a new Personal Record.”

- Trista Francis, triathlete, Timex Multisport Team

Erin Kummer “I truly feel ARX has given me that extra boost of energy and stamina in both my training and racing. Although you don't feel the effects right away, it's very apparent over time. I LOVE IT!”

- Erin Kummer, professional XTERRA triathlete, Timex Multisport Team

“After a week or so of use, I felt a difference not only in recovery between rides and workouts, but also after hard intervals during a training ride. After a hard training effort, I finally feel like I have strong legs for the remainder of my daily ride.”

- Sean Smith, cyclist

“I started to use ARX last summer during my preparation for the fall marathon season. I set a new PR for that distance and have been setting PRs in nearly every race since. ARX has played a significant role in my improvement as an athlete. The most noticeable has been in recovery time between hard workouts. I feel I have been able to recover faster and therefore capable of getting in more quality training each week. The second thing that I truly appreciate about ARX is that it does not upset my stomach. At first I was very nervous about taking it on an empty stomach but from day one that has never been an issue. Other supplements I have taken have truly upset my stomach and negatively impacted my performance.”

- Kevin Green, runner and triathlete

Maria Atiken “After using ARX during my Ironman training, I felt slightly better after my workouts. The “breakout” moment when my skepticism disappeared was during an 8 mile race I completed after running 10 miles the day before and 7 the morning of race day. I felt like my legs were completely fresh during the race, set a 4-minute PR, and was able to ride over 100 miles the next day! Wow!”
